That's a great question! The Slider Widget will actually expand to what content you put inside of it. If you are trying to adjust the height of your Slider, try cropping your images down to be a more landscape oriented image.
Please keep in mind, the Slider will adjust its height to the "tallest" image. So for an example, if you have images in the Slider that are 16x9, 16x9, and 16x16. The height of that slider will be 16 and shaped like a square.

I tried this and replaced images with smaller, resized images. The slider widget stayed the same size; the only difference was the images were scaled up so they were less distinct. I then tried a new slider widget with the resized pictures and got the same result.
The only way I found to resize it smaller was to place it in the center of a 3-column row. Is that the right trick?
Hey David, you are correct. If you are wanting to adjust the overall size of the Slider you would adjust with width of the Column that it is within.
The height of the Slider is dictated by the orientation, or aspect ratio, of the image. If you have any additional questions, feel free to chat us, or submit a ticket to Support@ministrydesigns.org. Thanks so much for reaching out!

Is it possible to change the size of the slider widget itself?
